Ri's Recommendations
- Keep a close eye on the cashews once they've been in the oven for over 10 minutes - they'll go from perfectly toasty to burned in seconds!
- Feel free to revise the spices' measurements; add extra of what you love, take out what you don't!

Ingredients
2 cups raw cashews
1½ tbsp. melted coconut oil
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. green curry paste
1½ tbsp. coconut sugar
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. turmeric
½ tsp. salt
Pinch of cardamom, lime zest, and coriander
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Toast raw cashews for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove cashews from oven. Combine with all spices in a bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Bake spiced cashews another 8-12 minutes.
