Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
1â…“ cup evaporated milk
1 egg
1+ tsp. ground ginger*
½+ tsp. cinnamon*
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼
*The "+" quantity indicates baker's choice for a little extra festive flavor!
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step 3
Pour ingredients into a pre-baked crust (I always use my honey butter crust recipe!).
Step 4
Bake ~45 minutes, or until the pie is baked around the edges and slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before serving.
